We have found GFI FAXmaker for Networks/SMTP a joy to use. Set-up was straightforward compared to competitive products and the advantages speak for themselves. Everyone has their own direct fax number and can send directly from their PCs without having to print out a copy and find a manual fax machine! It even keeps logs on the server of all the faxes sent in and out - ideal for monitoring fax usage - having one point of backup for fax communications. We installed GFI FAXmaker for Networks/SMTP two years ago. The installion took about 10 minutes and has quietly routed faxes for 250 users maintenance free. Its integration with our email server means users can send and receive faxes through a familiar email interface wherever they are, the client fax software does not even have to be installed!
